Recently purchased a pair of black smith steel cap boots, after 3 weeks the sole of boot came off. I could not find my reciept so on returning to the store they refused exchange.
I accept that i should have kept reciept and accept that they were not willing to help me, what i cant accept is the rudeness of the staff from the footwear dept claiming that the boots were older and that i was a liar. The soles of the boots had very little wear not a loose bit of fluff on lacers and box stilled smelt brand new.
I am very discusted with B W and will not spend another cent of my money with the warwick store or allow my family members to either, BW shame shame shame
