Big4 Inverloch Holiday Park
Inverloch Holiday Park is just metres from the Inlet beach and provides a great holiday experience. Accommodation options include; self contained luxury spa units, Deluxe Units, Holiday Units and Ensuite Cabins. For the campers there are powered sites and ensuite sites. Other facilities include; a large modern campers kitchen and bbq area, games room, adventure playground, bouncing pillow, tennis court, basketball court, laundry, internet access and baby bathroom. The Holiday Park is only 1 km east of the town centre. The variety of seaside recreational opportunities is what holds Inverloch above many other seaside towns. Families with younger children are attracted to the shallow and ever-changing Anderson Inlet while the older children will head for the patrolled surf beach. And everyone can enjoy the excellent fishing opportunities, go kayaking, try windsurfing, watch the kite surfers and take in the beautiful surroundings on the many relaxing walking trials around town. Anderson Inlet is amazingly shallow and has been described as probably the most dynamic estuary in the State. It is constantly changing. At low tide its extensive sandy bottom is exposed, providing a veritable banquet for the many species of waterbirds. The tidal waters of the Tarwin River estuary softly ebb and flow in contrast to the pounding swell of Bass Strait. It is this combination of the gentle estuary and the excitement of the surf that makes Inverloch such a popular destination for people of all ages and water sports haven. really dissapointed, spent 2 nights in tents, on the first night we were a little loud and at 10pm were told to keep it down which is fine we did that and were all in bed by 10.30, then the second night which was a saturday! were told to turn our music down ( which was not at all loud) at 4.30 pm!!!!!!!! i couldnt believe it, the woman even agreed that it wasnt loud but said, "you'd be surprised at what people complain about" this really annoyed me as the park has a lot of permanent residents there due to the desal plant being only 12km away, it seems they want to look after the "permanent money" being winter and all but we paid $58 per night for a patch of grass which i think is a bit steep.
the amenities were fantastic and the children loved it but i wont be going back.
