shifty and rude, As part of the purchase and warranty I gave my kids new bike for minor reparis and in return received broken brake arm and handle and scraches all over, when questioned on how a solid metal frame can break I was told this is because of bad handling by my 3 year old kid.
I was quoted $25 for this fix which was not my fault atall and I am sure I gave the bike in solid good condition, but be careful when you deal with this guy.
Don't waste your time here, they are rude, walked in and asked "do you have any loose 1/4" ball bearings.?" they responded with "do I look like the type of person who sits there wasting time measuring ball bearings, I don't know, how about I show you what I have and you tell me." I mean for 1 that's just unprofessional, 2 as a person who works with bikes you should know your sizes and he's rude and shouldn't be working in customer service.. Never going back.
DON'T GO NEAR THESE GUYS!!!! I put my bicycle in for a service with one simple problem. I was quoted $45 but charged $115. I received my bicycle back in an unrideable condition. They didn't even attempt to fix the problem I described but charged me for a lot of repairs the bicycle didn't need when I explicitly told them not to do so.
I went back to the store and showed clearly how they were at fault and though agreeing they offered no resolution, only trying to get me to pay more! I was told I 'shouldn't have bought in a bicycle in such a bad condition'.
Worst customer service ever. Especially for repair work, he just cant be bothered. Id rather pay double than walk in this shop again. Do yourself a favor and go to a place like Goldcross Cycles in Epping or anywhere but this place.
If you don't believe me, you will when you get there.
