Terrible. Customer over 15 years. Took for service, brought home to find no oil, wiper not replaced, damaged drum not replaced, Air filters not replaced. What did I pay for???
Took for air bag recall- now heat dial and vents not working.
No one ever answers phone.
Been trying to have some help to find resolution for all the issues but no one helps...this going on for over a year...
Will definitely go elsewhere.
AFTER BOOKING MY WRX IN FOR ITS 12500KM SERVICE I SHOWED UP ON SATURDAY MORNING (22/4/17) AND WAS TOLD MY CAR WAS NOT BOOKED IN, THEN UNDER FURTHER INVESTIGATION FOUND OUT THAT THEY BOOKED ME IN UNDER A VW TRANSPORTER VAN?? AND ON A DAY THEY WERENT EVEN OPEN?
WHOLE MORNING WASTED, KIDS MISSED SWIMMING LESSONS, ANGRY WIFE AND NOT EVEN A FOLLOW UP CALL OR APOLOGY. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, PLENTY OF WORKSHOPS OUT THERE THAT CAN GET THE BASICS RIGHT.
Don't schedule an appointment with a sales consultant at this dealership. You will be extremely disappointed and most likely double booked with someone else. And when you arrive, the consultant you were to meet wouldn't have had the decency to inform you of the "delay" or the foresight to even get another team member to update you or assist you with your purchase. Extremely disappointed with this customer service effort! Will be taking my business elsewhere.
This is specifically for the Toyota service centre.
I dropped my car in for a service, and noticed the paperwork had my name misspelled (despite my spelling it for them over the phone when I made the booking), and somehow they put my address as Wheeler Heights instead of Collaroy. I made the corrections. Updated paperwork when I picked up the car had my name spelled correctly, and my address was now in Collaroy. In Queensland. Somehow, despite Collaroy being only two suburbs away, having a NSW registered car, and my address of Pittwater Road which anyone on the Northern Beaches should be familiar with they decided, no, they must obviously mean Collaroy in ...read more
