We bought a Westinghouse fridge from this store. Fridge arrived dirty inside (human hair in freezer), dented and scratched as though it was 2nd hand. We complained. The Store was very polite and helpful and arranged for a replacement to be delivered. When delivered, the warehouse demanded we pay an extra 20% for the replacement because in their opinion the condition was not so bad, the fridge was "hand made" overseas and naturally would be dirty, etc, etc. We contacted the Store who said there was nothing he could really do about it - was at pains to explain we had signed the delivery docket and contractually we didn't have a leg to stand on. We folded and acccepted the damaged fridge. BEWARE AND CAREFULLY CHECK THE CONDITION OF ANY ITEMS FROM THIS STORE BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY DOCKET.
