I'm soooo surprised by the excellent level of service at this dealership! They helped me with everything I needed and were very patient with me even though I probably gave them a headache as I kept changing my mind but finally went with the Ecosport! Even after I bought my car they called me to see if everything was as expected! Keep up the good work!

What a joke this place is Dont go there they wasted 3.5 hours of our time test driving and consulting on a new car trying to sell us add ons for an hour special coating for your car which is a package that costs $1795.00 for a new car really slow unprofessional service by all involved.my husband works full time and at the very end after he signed the Contracts and they took our 1000. 00 deposit they then told us he wasn't approved for the loan as it was unservicable....what on earth were going to take our business elsewhere we were furious...someone that works full time with good credit history and no other loans or Morgages under their name cant get a car loan yeah ok.......they should all be fired pathetic

Am very impressed and happy with the service department. Finally I have found a ford dealership that not only listened to my problem with my heater, but actually fixed it too! Cant thank them enough, definitely recommend!

Was not happy with warranty service .. Rang are few time to discuss my problem and left 2 massages for service manger at deer park ford to call me.. And never happen so I gave up.. So I went to new oakford got well look after...

Poor service for warranty never go there again been told to go back to ford dealer were I purchase my car ..others are great for warranty..
