The Worst of the Worst of all been there on several sundays for turkish pizza (lahmacun) or turkish pide (samsun) there response is we are baking bread or the oven isnt turned on go else where well then i will and you people can get F... stay away theyre bad customer service is disastrous very rude thats not the way to do business. I'd rather go up the road for better food and better customer service
they have never said go else where. get your facts right before you start commenting.
Price increase is not an issue by some means & paying extra $1 or .50 c hardly makes a difference because of unprofessionalism & poor customer service which they have & I have witnessed many incidents where the argument was not on price but the treatment at the hands of staff.
If you have self esteem or self diciplined , then you should think twice before you dine/eat.
Great food and great value for money. Been going to this shop for years and can't get enough. Very quick service, although Sunday's are best to avoid they are usually very busy and if your in a hurry you might have to wait awhile but definitely worth the wait. Had my order get mixed up a few times over the years (3-4 times in the passed 6 years) but they were quick to offer me a replacement or my money back. I often dine in with family and friends and sometimes hear customer complaints, they say customers are always right, I disagree. They have recently put their price up (.50c-$1 first time in the passed 6 years I have been going there) and customers complain, seriously these guys are the cheapest around town and people need to stop being tight and realize if the prices have gone up in the supermarkets and butchers then it's time they put their prices ...read more
I often visited this place with family & recently encountered the worst ever treatment of my life because their attitude was disgusting & humiliating, we have been served with Burnt bread & Chicken & when inquired they started arguing & said not to come again, this was ridiculous & if anyone of you have self esteem & respect then please avoid going there.
My view is the business they run is family maintained & have no quality & professionalism & zero customer service. If at all they serve something extra piece of bread they show as a big favour. although you will pay for it.
