Hopeless business. Phone engaged long periods. When answered diverts to answering service. Then after a long-hold period, phone disconnects. This goes on for days. After eventually getting through company does not stock very common parts for Black and Decker. As this company is Black and Decker's recommended parts outlet this is totally unacceptable. Our recommendation - don't buy Black and Decker - they don't support their product with good warranty or reliable spare parts. This is far from the worst experience (garden products) you ought to try commercial products such as electric drills! Ross
