Our complex switched over to Blackburne from another strata company after a poor performance. We hoped for much better service and Blackburne delivered. Nikki and team have followed through on requests and set up a Program of Works which aligns well with the council's intentions. Advice and follow up work is thorough and genuine. Would recommend

Dealing with Paul Robinson at Blackburnes has been an encouraging & pleasant experience. What we liked was that Paul & by extension the Company have always been transparent & honest. They always did what they said they would do, in a timely manner.

Blackburne have been very helpful with the transition to my new rental apartment. My property manager, Bianca, has always kept good communication and fixed electrical and plumbing issues within the week without any fuss. Would recommend.
