Blackheath Family Medical Centre

I went there for many years but was fortunate to find a lovely doctor in other place. Blackheath, yep the last time the doctor I was waiting for was seeing a medical rep - I waited for nearly an hour - walked out and have never been back since. Yep the reception staff (though not the 2 other reception staff) are rude and make very inappropriate comments. 2 of the reception staff talk loud and I honestly think they believe the patients in the waiting area think they are funny...they're not.

Blackheath Family Medical Centre is great if you have all day to wait while your Doctor, drinks coffee, checks emails, catches up on the junk mail and swans about. The other many health service they offer are also great, if nothing unexpected ever happens in your life such as your child becomes ill, the dog dies, you have to work, and you don't ever have to cancel an appointment as you will be charged the full consultation fee. And if you love having a receptionist laugh at you when you do not wish to reschedule, well Blackheath Medical Centre is the place for you.
