If i could give a negative review i would. Booked in as part of an insurance claim. They quoted they would need it for 4 days, which was fine. However, i use my car for work so could only afford for them to have it for the quoted time. Day before i was meant to pick it up they messaged and said the car was on track for pick up on the 4th day. Then one hour before the proposed pick up time got a txt message to say they would need it for another 3 days (over a weekend). Called them to inquire about the reason why i couldn't pick up my car. They said their was a problem ordering a part. However the day before they said their was no problem. Very upset as i needed it for work that weekend. Will not be using their services again and will tell anyone to avoid them.

Appalling experience. Booked my car in as apart of an insurance claim.
Was told that I'd would need a completely new door... the whole thing. The rep was adamant that it was a whole new door as I had questioned why since I thought it'd only be the exterior.
I called the repairers the day after they said my car was due to be collected, and was told that when they had gone to replace the exterior skin ONLY, that they noticed inside damage and that I'd need a whole new door and the order should be arriving some time that day.
I was already told I'd need a new door, the part should've been there, and I had to call twice to get updates - they were never proactive in their approach. ...read more
