I went to Blacktown Physioclinic recently as i had severe pain in my wrist.
I got looked at for about 10 minutes and was told it was not RSI.
i was given 2 stretches to do and sent on my way, keep in mind i was asking a fair few questions about my injury so to speak and inability to move my wrist without pain.
I was assured it was not RSI and to just rest & continue everyday activity.
I have just seen another Physio, will not disclose the name.
and i was told i do have RSI. I was told the exact opposite. I was seen for over half an hour and given strength & stretching exercises, a message, & pins to loosen my muscles. I was very well looked after and told i may continue my everyday activities but given strict guides to follow to lessen the pressure on my wrist.
I'll just leave it at that.
