Blinds Fast Blinds

Oh my god....I am about to call them as after only 8 months our roman blinds have broken. One of the clips which are made of plastic, yes plastic has snapped. After looking at it, its no wonder. So cheap and flimsy....I have tried to contact them before to no avail...do not purchase from this company.

Our experience with this company is a continuing source of aggravation and frustration. We originally ordered Plantation Shutters & Roman Blinds (March 2012) and paid a deposit of $1700 (being 50% of the total order value). After placing our order we (too late) checked the company's reviews and reputation and were most disturbed at the bad reviews we encountered. We attempted to cancel our order but were told that we would lose our deposit. The order was finally delivered in June 2012 and the shutters were the completely wrong product. Their reputation being as it was we informed them we would not accept them reordering and waiting another 12 anxious weeks for who knew what. The Roman blinds were installed (not as good as we were expecting) but at that stage we were willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Terrible service. I had my roller blinds replaced with Blind Fast and it took almost 10 weeks for them to install 2 blinds. They fitted one blind incorrectly so had to come back a week later (which turned into three weeks). When they finally came back with the second blind they came back with a plastic chain after we requested metal. Now our blinds are mismatching. Our house was freshly painted prior to the install and they completely damaged the job. We now have huge scratch marks on our walls where they placed their ladder and moved it across the wall. We also have dirty marks on the ceiling around the blinds. They were apologetic at the time and said they would come back with a metal chain and to fix up the paint job they ruined - it has now been over 6 weeks and I am still waiting to hear from them. I had my whole home fitted with Blind Fast.....Double Roller Blinds......and these were installed in November. The Company has been out at least 5 times and the blinds are now probably worse than they have ever been. They are suppose to come today, but both phone numbers have been disconnected. Have however found a new number which is an answering service....dont expect a call but who knows. We have a new home with second grade blinds. 100% 10 Year Guarantee is offered, so we thought that we would be fine. Now cannot even get hold of these people. I have been very nice to date...but they haven't seen a mad Kay yet....and they will find out soon enough just how mad I can get....Not happy!! Will take this as far as I can. Get your act together..!!

Very poor products and very poor service. The installer left holes in our walls and refused to fix them. Then the blinds started falling apart within a few weeks. After months of trying to contact Blindfast and getting nowhere, we got consumer affairs onto them - which also got us nowhere. We then took them to VCAT which they didn't even turn up to the hearing. They ignored the VCAT order, and now after 2 years, all 4 blinds have fallen apart and we're still waiting to get our money back. Next step is the magistrates court. I would strongly recommend staying well away from Blindfast or you will regret it
