Recently ordered some roller blinds, (double rollers), the ordering process was quite easy, probably the hardest part is choosing colours and finish, as your basing it on what you can see on your computer screen. You can order samples for free which is great, but selecting the right colours is hard.

Once your order is placed you review update emails on the status of your order which is fantastic, my order arrived within the stated time, and arrived well packaged, and undamaged. And we're very easy to install, given all brackets and screws were provided. Ordered 7 double roller blinds and they were ready in 5/6 weeks.

Only issue I had was the child safety chain holders weren't sent with my order but a quick email to them and it was posted out two days later, excellent customer service.

We ordered our first lot of timber blinds about 18 months ago and found Blindsonline very helpful on the phone and via email. The blinds are easy to install and from ordering to delivery was only a matter of weeks. We recently ordered more blinds from them and the courier company this time refused to delivery to us because we are out in the country although they have delivered here before. We were expected to drive 45 minutes to their depot to collect our order. We were not getting anywhere with them so I emailed blindsonline a on Friday evening and explained the courier companies refusal to deliver and blindsonline called back today (Monday) and apologized and offered to refund our delivery fee. Kudos where it's deserved. Hope they find a company that does what they are paid to do. We'll definitely use blindsonline for future, first class service and very easy to deal with.

I recently had some blinds made for my kitchen. I was really happy with the website and subsequent customer service. Being the first time, I wanted to call and go through it all, they were really patient and helpful. They are really good value for money and look fantastic. I liked all the options, advice and practical comments. I think its a good product for a good price.

First time I have used this business and would highly recommend. I ordered a custom made blind and pelmet and am very happy with both. Staff were easy to communicate with and extremely helpful both in the showroom and via email. I even received a call to confirm I hadn't made a mistake before the order was processed. Blind arrived earlier than expected, and while the pelmet took longer than I had hoped it was still within the delivery dates provided. No complaints.
