I have been going there since Mr Wallace owned it some 30 years ago. I have found the staff knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Like Marguerite (see review) I like the way the staff seem to be selected for linguistic nd communication skills as well as knowledge. This is a long established practice of the business, and very sensible in a multi-ethnic area like Marrickville.

When my wife was seriously ill, they went out of their way more than once to ensure that necessary medicines got to her when needed.

The business missed out on half a star because the shop is cramped, and it would be great if they could expand.

I buy all my medications at Blooms. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are always bright and cheerful and ready to help in any way possible. Members of the staff are able to converse in a number of languages, making it easy for people who have language problems to express their needs easily. Going into Blooms,however I'm feeling,always helps me feel good when I come out.
