WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!!!! i have just called to ask a legitimate question as to whether there would be anything available for this long weekend, i am well aware its late but am looking for a friend due to last minute plans. when i call i Get THE RUDEST person with THE MOST DISGUSTING phone manner! he laughed at me and told me April fools was yesterday and told me i have to be kidding him!! NO MATE NO KIDDING I WAS ASKING A LEGITIMATE QUESTION YOU FOOL!! how disgusting! is this how you make money? by talking to people like a jerk? never again would i even enquire about accommodation here, NICE FIRST IMPRESSION!!!!! your not even worth any rating but due to me not being able to post without one i guess i will have to give you the most minimal possible, i dont actually thing your even worth that!!! your customer service cant even hold up!!!

This Caravan Park is the worst place to ever go too, it's not pet or kid friendly and not only are the staff rude and arrogant but they judge you easily; if the hey don't oike the look of you then you are refused to atay.It's also filthy and aswell it's expensive but not worth it.

1st phone conversation was less than friendly... Contact details taken were incorrect. Due to transaction hiccup- prob user issue our cabin got given to next caller- when I was told of this a caravan with no ensuite offered for same price and new baby charged as an adult... I would stay elsewhere as for the money you should get a cleaner more friendly stay !!

Extremely rude staff. REALLY UNFRIENDLY and absolutely no regard for the clients. Completely unprofessional and rude over the phone and in person.
