Quite average food too.

What a massive turn around! Clean shop and friendly staff. The new owners know what they're doing! Best fish and chips we have ever had in Warragul. We will be repeat customers for sure.

Absolutely terrible service. They messed our order up, and when we went back to get it fixed, they were completely rude about it. Do not go here. You will regret it.

Is there a lower rating. This woman was talking into a head set the whole time she served me. The shop is filthy. She was picking up food in her hands,then scratching her head whilst on the phone. . Greasy food, disgusting service and the shop is so dirty. Food or fluid stains on the floor, and the shop windows were coated with grease(as was the bench I waited on)

Ok food but poor service. They refused to swap potato cakes for dimmies in their preset packs - even though they both cost exactly the same. Such a simple and common request, so irritating to have it refused. I cancelled the entire order and will not go again.
