Customer Service Nightmare!!
Called the company to see where parcel was. Item was sent 2 weeks ago. Found out the item was still sitting in their warehouse waiting to be sent to the other side of the country. The rep told me that this was general what they did and gave me a timeframe of 7 - 10 working days
Service team couldnt care less
In my experience, this is a bunch of shockingly incompetent time wasters. Only thing they’re good at is excuses. I simply don’t understand how people like this can be in business at all. LOOOOONG story short, it took 5 calls to the supplier and I don’t remember how many to Bluestar to realise that my $150 package was not delivered from Melbourne to Sydney in three weeks (I started inquiring after one week). Having said that, nobody seems to be in any hurry to investigate this serious customer complaint (assuming that the main purpose of a freight company is to deliver goods, what can be more serious than a lost package?). Unbelievably slow Bluestar customer service response, eg “we’ll check today (Friday afternoon) and call you on Monday because I’m going home soon”, and of course nobody calls on Monday, or Tuesday etc, so I have to call again… Give me Australia Post any day.
WORST! WORST! WORST company that I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with! The drivers are lazy, always late, non existent customer service, and very rude people! I had a bed from Brosa (the wrong color was delivered so I was returning it) that they were suppose to pick up in the morning at 10AM and I called around 9Am several times to confirm, they said they did not know and will get back to me. I had hired another guy around 10AM to help move the package down the outside stairs because Bluestar only has one driver and they cannot move the item by themselves and I have health problems and cannot move the boxes down the steps. They never got back to me, I called again at 10 and it was only then that they said they only do pick ups in the afternoon (they've never said that to me when it was scheduled) they said they will come between 1-3PM. Blue Star is the worst delivery company I have ever had the misfortune to use. They indicated my boxes would be transported from Brisbane to Sydney the next day on the Friday. But they sent to Melbourne instead. By Wednesday they finally got around to delivering them to Birbsane but when i rang desperate for the stock they said we don't guarantee any particular delivery day and we might not get around to delivering the stock today. DONT USE THEM - incompetent and rude.
