Delivery for a Saturday doubled to $150, which was agreed on. But, despite phone conversations early in the week to confirming times etc... 5pm the Friday night before delivery, they emailed and called to increase delivery price by another $80... knowing we'd have no chance to organise anything else at short notice. Their quote was cheaper than competitors, but in the end, I ended up paying far too much more. It won't happen again....
