Body Connections Yoga
for Health & WellbeingWe teach regular classes in Rockingham and Mandurah open to beginners who exercise regularly and experienced yogis.
You will be encouraged to explore various yoga postures and extend yourselves gradually in class and over time.
When combined with regular practice, this approach will release, rejuvenate and strengthen your body, as well as calm and relax your nervous system to encourage balance and flow in your life.
This principle also reinforces the value of cross training. Many students exercise recreationally or train for sports. They find their yoga practice enhances the value and effect of that training.
We practise regularly because it feels good and its fun, and to enjoy the deeper benefits of yoga.

What an invigorating experience! I started yoga because of stress and back problems, but now that is all behind me. I have been attending Body Connections Yoga for the past two years, and Kim's skill and experience in Iengar yoga is just inspiring. His gentle voice and encouraging demeanor makes this class a rewarding experience. He has methods that suit beginners and the more experienced, and despite how long I have been attending, I learn something new each week. I feel stronger, peaceful and meditative on leaving each session; it really has changed my life!
