Horrific. I had a facial, in which I was left alone with 'product' on my face for 30 minutes out of the 60 minute facial. I still had black heads on my nose after. The ionic foot detox was disgusting. The 'foot bath' was a circular bucket with a plastic bag which meant my feet didn't fit properly and my toes were vertical the whole time. They didn't bother to wash my feet after the detox so my feet were stained with heavy metal from the tap water they clearly used. Not to mention water and metal stinks. This was the lovely smell I had while I had a 'hot stone massage' which was not even close. The 'therapist' massaged my back for 20 minutes then rubbed a hot stone across my back as if she was wiping down a bench. My 3 year old could do better. The rule is: he gets to say what he likes to me, they will gang up and bully and tell me to shut up, but never once did they tell him not to shout and bellow at me. My masseuse was apologetic but this is clearly a deeply unprofessional, discriminatory practice. Also I gave them ...read more
