Bondi Junction Medical & Dental Centre

I’ve been seeing the amazing Dr Johnson here for over 10 years. Today I was in chronic pain with a UTI & blood in urine. I explained the emergency and asked to be put ahead of the queue to get some antibiotics for swift relief. The receptionist said, no I’d have to wait 1.5 hours which actually felt cruel! Then she told me my Medicare card had expired and made me pay even though I’m a long standing patient.
Although the GPs are great, it’s very busy with rude receptionists & long wait times.

The doctor was so helpful and great service. They are a bulk bill service of course u have to wait.

Been visiting this medical centre for years now and the wait time keeps getting longer and longer to the point I'll be looking for somewhere new. Today i had to wait an hour to see a doctor. This is unacceptable.

Ive been coming to this medical centre for a few years now, and the same reception staff has been working there that whole time. I have never seen them smile even once! Whenever you talk to them it looks as if they are doing you a favor talking back. They are always looks depressed and moody. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Dont know why they still have a job there when it looks like they hate every moment being there!

Worst service ever.. Had to wait 3 hours just to see a doctor. At least the doctors were professional. The reception staff there is so rude. Hung up on me mid conversation and speaks to everyone in a condescending tone. Highly unprofessional
