Really unsatisfied. Had booked a 45min massage, and had to wait 5 minutes when I got there. After 30 minutes a staff comes in to give me a "consultation" which wasn't part of the booking, which simply was a way to try to sell massage packages. The effective time of a 45min massage was just under 30 minutes, and only my back an half of one leg was done. They seriously need to rethink their business model as it's no way people will sign up for more if the first appointment is this bad...
