Cannot complain about a thing. With Nat and Damian I managed to find and get my new car. Customer service was 10\10. Nat went out of her way to help me even if that meant going for the cheaper car based on my wants and needs. Damian called/emailed with updated information really fast. No hassles with my 100 questions.
The manager even came up to me and congratulated me on my new car. Made me feel so welcome.

NEVER use this dealer for service and repairs. Huge discrepancy between their quote and other dealers ($1500). Then when taking HPV to another dealer the parts were not necessary and the job itself was $3000 less than quoted. Service manager insisted they were not at fault constantly talking over me and not listening. NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE (WHETHER HSV OR ANYTHING ELSE) TO THIS DEALER.

Holden refuse to address the issue over the past 12 months
Chelenham have their heads in the sand Have a loan car from them and only hear from them when they want it back. Otherwise silent
Provided video footage and still try to treat me as a fool
If this is how they treat women please please make sure all is in order before purchasing as they are unsppportive
