Although not an everyday habit every now and again after a hard work out it is nice to indulge in a banana buzz low fat smoothie or the Carribean Green - delicious!!! The Boost team know there are are a lot of palettes to satisfy so there are plenty of options to choose from the menu including super smoothies, protein boosters, greens, crushers and protein snacks. For the price the smoothies are good value. Friendly customer service and quick turnaround.
