Do not, I repeat do not use this business for your fencing. Gave a deposit, signed the contract 3 months ago, made several calls to followup on when they will start. Keeps promising next week but has not even started. I guess its good bye deposit.
I am having the same experince with Border & Boundary Fencing. I gave him the deposit almost 3 months ago. He promised to deliver in 6 days, but it didn't happen. I called to follow up a few times. He kept promising to do next week. and texted him many times,
I have contacted and spoken with this fencing business four times and I am still chasing a quote from them.
First time I called I spoke with an older man who told me to text him my address so he could come out the next day. I texted, no response. I sent another text asking if he got my first text with the address and no response. I called the next morning and he said he didn't get my texts. I gave him address over the phone, he wrote it down and said he would be over later that day and never showed up and didn't call. Then I called the land line number, spoke to his son who said his Dad is not good with technology (but for some reason carries around the business mobile with him) and he was actually very helpful and spent some time talking to me ...read more
