I was a "walk-in" without an appointment and was very happy that they were able to accommodate me for a wash and blowdry on a Saturday afternoon.



It's so nice to visit a salon where they do a really great blowdry, rather than just drying it off and using the straighteners (I could do that myself!).

I also liked the way she wrapped my hair around the round brush while it cooled giving me lovely curls at the bottom of my hair that have lasted for days and days.



Happy with the service and would go back again :)

I have been here a number of times now and the service is Non existent I asked for a tidy men's cut which turned out average to say the least, hair was uneven and seemed as though it was very rushed no attention to detail at all and to top it all off I was charge a ridiculous $38!! If your looking for a good haircut at a reasonable price then DO NOT go to Bossanova hair studio. Totally disappointed and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Very bad experience. I went for a short haircut and brought in a couple of pictures. apparently that cut was not right for my hair type (mildly curly) but I was not offered any decent advice. Instead the two staffs kept on looking at each other asking for something out of the word. Really I still wander why I didn't left before it was too late. Terrible customer service, mediocre cut and highly priced. I will definitely never go back.

Not happy.. When I turned up to my appointment, both the staffs were standing by the front of the salon staring at something whilst I stood waiting for their attention. Once I gained their attention, I was barely acknowledged, let alone greeted in a warm manner. They promptly led me to my chair, and hardly said a word to me throughout my hair treatment. Whilst I sat in the chair for what seemed like too long for foils to develop, the end result was near-white roots, I am 24! No toner was added to bring my desired colour out. Even I know that peroxide doesn't need 45 minutes to develop on light brown hair. The treatment and customer service I received was not even worth the amount I spent for a half job. I now have to get a second treatment with toner elsewhere so my hair doesn't look white! The overpriced haircut quote I was given was enough to ensure I didn't get that during my "indulgence" either. Will never return.
