Car comes back out standing. Never had a problem. Yes with all the talk and verbal out comes but when it comes down to the work done it's a great job done. Thumbs up to the boys working on my car. You don't go to a mechanic to hear the drama you go to them for the great jobs done on cars.

Reception staff is a very rude unaccommodating person they were like a yapping jack Russel on heat.The two staff dropped my car off leaving it with the aromatic smell of cigarettes and the lovey touch of grease over the door. Wouldn't even recommend.

please stay away from 20 Bourke rd, Alexandria. Very poor service, I didnt find my car while i was there to pick up. Somebody was smoking inside my car. Very expensive deal.

Good Honest Mechanics. I was suppose to have my car serviced at Holden. They told me that I had to replace all my brake pads. I couldn't afford it at the time.
I then bought a service voucher for Bourke Road Automotive. They picked up my car and when I asked them about the brakes they said that it was not necessary to do right now. They said that I should wait a while longer and they will let me know when they are worn out. Any other mechanic would have changed my brakes just to make money. Not these guys. I definitely recommend them. And they gave me a free pink slip!

I have to say, i have been there before when the management was different. It was the worst service ever. Now i tried them again as the new owner assured me of his survice. I brought my car there after buying a voucher from a salesman. i did not care about the voucher but my car. the car came back great. this is the second time i am servicing my car with the new owner and again it has been back to me clean/washed and in good shape. they tell you every problem and let you know what happens if it is not changed. i have to say that these guys are by far the best machs i have ever been too.
