Never again, bike sat untouched in the shop for 9 weeks, a thousand excuses and false promises later after ringing once a week, I get told by reception that “$500 needs to be put down before they’ll look at it”, none of this was ever mentioned when I dropped it off, never again.

When you dropped your motorcycle off you were told that rebuilding an Zx14 was a major job & will be very costly. As you advised us you didnt want to spend to much money on fixing it & you were undecided on weather you were going to buy a second hand engine or let us fix it. After you going away on holidays, yes the motorcycle sat here for same time as we were waiting for you to bring us a new engine or come up with some money we stated on many occasions before we start the pull down.

No, “Brett” said it would be very costly but we won’t know exactly what’s wrong with it until we pull it down, he also said i’d probably be better off putting in a second hand motor. I said I’d rather rebuild the one that’s in it if possible, money has NEVER been an issue, nor was it ever mentioned by me, Brett was the one saying it. Brett said it’s $500 to strip the motor down and I said I’d get the cash when he needed it.
Every time I rang up I’d be given the same excuses, funeral this week, back log of jobs, ”yours isnt the only bike”. My son is on holidays etc... etc... and I just kept saying no worries i’ll give u a buzz in a week or 2 and see where it’s at. the last thing said to me as we pushed the bike onto the trailer was “sorry bro, it’s a busy time, I dunno where you’re gunna get it rebuilt round here”, and I said “don’t worry about it, I’ll sort it out”.
So please don’t attempt to turn the substandard service dished up by your shop onto me.

Called around a few places to get a new tire and tube, Was given no sales spiel from these guys. Told I could have one fitted within a couple of hours and offered a deal on a near new tire. Was in and out quickly, given some free advice and got to pat a very nice dog. All in all I was a pleased customer that had their issue solved for a good price, quickly.
I'll certainly go back again.
