BP Port Wakefield Roadhouse

Today (25/06/18) for the first time I went into The BP at Port Wakfeild at 14:29 to purchase fuel, only to find that when going in to pay for my purchase I was faced with an extremely arrogant/ rude women who was surposed to work their. She didn’t Acknowledge me, or communicate with me- Which is part of the job and when i told her that I wanted to pay via card she didn’t say anything, not even that the eftpos was ready. This is definitely not professional behaviour and I will not be making any future purchases from this business due to this. I will also tell others about my experiences. My rating for this is absolutely zero.

Extremely rude cashier. Myself and others were left waiting well over ten minutes while she and another staff member gossiped to a customer. To the left of the store near the shelves. When it was time to be served she did not even speak. No hello no how can I help you, NOTHING. I paid with my card, she did not even wait until the transaction was completed before walking off. Too bad if I needed my receipt. I will never go to this place again.

Highly rate this service station! Best fresh home made sandwiches I've had for years. Friendly efficient staff.
