I pre-paid $25 for unleaded 91 fuel last night, was tired after bingo, when i pumped the fuel, the meter had gone to $32.99 before i realised, so i stopped the pump. I went back inside and told the guy behind the counter - why didn't you put $25 into your system so the pump would stop! and he said 'they don't have that facility'. I'm pretty sure most if not all service stations do!
As a first time customer, I was extremely unhappy with the job done on my car. My car was not that much beter when I left the car wash. Their sponges and chamois were filthy, there was streakes all over the car. My wife noticed a circular scratch on the bonnet as well. We went back to point out what happened and all we got in return was 'it wasn't us brother!' The guy in charge even stood there next to customers driving through arguing with myself and my wife telling us we knew nothing about washing cars and how he washes cars seven days a week. It was unfortunate he didn't just go ahead and polish the bonnet which would have taken much less effort than arguing about it.
