My experience today with a female staff member calling herself Bee was one of the worst examples of customer service I have ever seen. Too busy chatting on a personal level to serve customers and when a customer tried to pay she snatched the money out of his hand and rolled her eyes and screwed up her face at him.

Ordered 1 ham and tomato toasted sandwich and a toasted ham cheese and tomato sandwich and received 2 chicken sandwiches instead. On our way to Newcastle airport and no time to sort out! Very unimpressed, will stop at Buladelah next time!

Unless you are familiar with the area you could easily miss this BP which is now a victim of the bypass. A modern outlet offering all the fuels including 98 Ultimate. Well stocked store with all your road trip top ups and an onsite cafe with hot food.
