BPUR is the planning consultancy led by Matt Gorman BA MUP. Matt is a town planner who completed his Master of Urban Planning degree at the University of Melbourne in 1994, and has over twenty years' combined experience as a local government statutory planning officer and as a consultant. Matt began BPUR in 2003 and has a range of both public and private clients. BPUR provides cost effective, responsive, specialist professional advice, documentation and advocacy regarding planning permits, development plans, and appeals and other planning and liquor licensing issues for: small business; design and development professionals, including architects, designers, land surveyors, building surveyors, solicitors and other planning consultants; Councils; landowners and residents.
