I was not going to post anything because I genuinely felt sorry for the owner but it’s just unfair that they think they can treat people with such disrespect and with no reason for it :(
I called up to get my car fixed, I had told them I needed it done ASAP and if they could get it done on that Friday, they called me later on that day and said they could not get it done as they were short staff. I thought fair enough, at least they tried. Have just moved to the tweed area Two weeks ago, my car starting running a bit rough and was very sluggish on the trip up here. I googled a mechanic in this area (not knowing he area real well) and found brenlee motors, the guys were very professional and exceptionally priced. They fitted me in the very next day and found my fuel filter was all but blocked. They rang me with prices before go ahead, I couldn't be happier, being an ex mechanic I'm very fussy with the service I receive.
