Recent experience was abysmal!
Had two parcels with two different tracking numbers being delivered a few days apart... First parcel was picked up, however the staff did not scan the barcode on the email notification to pick up that item... They just asked for a name and I'd. So after picking up that item, I'm getting emails to pick up that same item. This is because they did not scan the barcode on my email notification nor update the system to say the parcel was collected!

Very unprofessional. Do not go near this place. Will charge full price for old newspapers. Other newsagents will simply give them to you. Also would not give full prize for scratch ticket. After them refused told me I had to call Tatts and fix it myself after ripping up my ticket. Do your self a favour and don’t let people like this ripoff the public. Go anyway else!!!!!!
