Brian Hilton Toyota

I purchased a used car from Brian Hilton.They assured me it was a great car and would be a great choice for me and my family.Well What lies... from the first week I started having problems and have had nothing but problems ever since.The people in the service centre are also rude useless.Every time my car has been in they have never fixed the problem.At one point they had my car in the service centre for over a year and the car was still broken when they returned it to me .I have been forced to go to fair trading I am hoping they can help.I have never complained or written a review in my life as I think it’s for people with nothing better to do but after my experience with Brian Hilton Toyota i Want to warm as many people as I can.

Great service from Sales, and then from the service department. Needed a loan car which they provided, would highly Recommend AAA+

Very disappointed with the service dept. Bought a new (Demo) car. Had a problem of steering wheel / car vibration at high speeds. Had three goes at it trying to identify and fix the problem in 4 weeks of buying the car . Issue is very much still there. If someone comes to you with the same problem 3 times , try taking the car for a test drive next time. enough said i guess. Wont be taking the car to them again or buy one .

Great sales department and team. Will definately buy again from Graham Tanner and team.

TERRIBLE service department. Will do my utmost to never use them again. They are not the only fish in the sea that can do log book servicing.

Bought a car from them and after 10 000 klms needs new clutch and gearbox.Thought I was doing the right thing buying from a dealer with warranty but was sadly mistaken.They don't cover over one thousand dollars and it's going to cost me at least five grand.
