I was speaking, via email, with a staff. Staff seemed very helpful in discussing alterations for a maternity dress and also colours.
When I asked for colour swatches staff said they would be free but I would need to pay postage. Staff then advised the postage would be $25 and gave me an email address to make the payment via paypal. ...read more
I recently paid $450 for 3 dresses and recieved them, they are terrible quality. 1 in particular has pin marks (like someone has made a mistake on the machine!!)running all the way across the bust. So I emailed them and that is when I got the bad customer service- told me a 1 line response, stating that I should 'iron out the pin holes'. I sent back a long reply asking for a refund, ( which I am entitled to as it's faulty) and have sent it several times and still no response. I have emailed them saying I will take them to fair trading if I don't get my money back and still no reply. I just want people to know so they don't make the same mistake I did!
I made a $350 purchase through them 2 days ago. I have still not received my dresses and although I have emailed them over 8 times, I have not received ONE reply!
