We used Bright Partners to manage our house while we were living overseas and I would not recommend them to anyone. It took us six months of constant attempts to get any information from them regarding our property (we had to escalate to the owners of the business - lots of excuses and promises to fix this, but nothing eventuated). Inspections were not done on time and very little information was passed along. Our tenants were without an oven for 3 months without us being informed and one of the tenants they recommended for us had regular visits from ACT Police. We were also charged for items we should not have been and would get no response from anyone when questioned.
Very dissapointed with Bright Partners and their property management. Incredibly unresponsive. I had to call 5 times before they got back to me. They are very un-responsive to questions or requests from landlords. Too lazy to even pick up the phone and very lax in their property inspection reports. Do Not get them to manage your investment.
They have a good website & will definitely talk the talk when trying to bring your business in the door. Once you are signed up though (for us it was bringing an entire portfolio over) be prepared for your WORST nightmare. Agents I gave considered very average in the past now look like saints! Do yourself a favour & stay well away unless you are buying through them & have no choice... Arrogant, rude, ZERO respect for owners.
The worst real estate agent i've dealt with to date, extremely difficult to contact. The property was vacated and final inspection took place weeks after this, they had picked on cob webs on windows and weeds growing. Absolutely ridiculous, would recommend any tenant or landlord looking to sell their property to stay clear of this agent.
