Brighton Veterinary Surgery

I have found this business nolonger provides a service I would recommend. Was great for many years, but last year over invoicing issues were forgiven, but today the level of customer care and terrible communication on several occassions makes me take all previoius recommendations away after over 13 years taking pets there. Never again would I attend Brighton Vet Qld.

I think the people at this vet are really great, very caring and practical with their approach. Expensive though. Very expensive!

We had to make the heartbreakingly difficult decision to euthenase our dog last year. The vet and nursing staff were unbelievably kind and empathetic throughout this process. Our boy was given back to us wrapped in degradable cloth with a small, dignified boquet of flowers. When I returned a week later to pay my account there was a lovely handwritten card and letter expressing their condolences at our loss.

I had no response to a simple email asking if the vet who specializes in birds was available as other Vets are closed of a weekend and I can not get the time off work. Unfortunately my baby cockateil has died .... thank yoyu for your lack of customer service. Atleast other vets are more then helpful

I have a diabetic cat and the Brighton Vet Surgery have been brillant in helping me care for my baby. They show genuine concern for her and always go the extra mile to provide excellent service. I am very satsified with the service they provde and would happily recommend them to anyone wanting a quality vet.
