Brisbane City Blooms

Terrible communication! Despite my order qualifying for same day delivery, I opted for next day delivery, and then they couldn't even do that! This was despite a phone call on the morning checking everything was fine for delivery and Brisbane City Blooms confirming they would do it. Honestly, how can a business advertise for same day delivery when they are incapable of delivery within 36 hours! Come on, what a joke!

Make sure that you ask for a photo to be sent prior to paying. I was well and truly disappointed with the "creativity". They Produced a completely different display. They didn't wait for approval of the image after being I requested to wait until I approve it. I was after something that resembled a hot air balloon with a Teddy bear inside holding a single red rose. I got a basket full of random pink flowers with a teddy bear half in, a red balloon that was meant to be 80cm big (doesn't look like it) attached by thin ribbon to the bottom of the balloon. in the end it doesn't look like anything that I wanted or discussed. If only they sent me the photo for approval before sending it. After receiving the photo and calling straight away, They said they couldn't do anything as it was meant to be delivered within minutes at 12.
