This company was engaged as a sub-contractor by a landscaper who did work on the yards around my new house. They installed a motorised gate. I wanted to link additional remote controls to the gate but was not left a manual for the motor unit. When I rang this company asking for the manual or instructions for adding the remote, the gentleman (ha ha) was impatient and rude, and then hung up on me. The bolts on the gate track have started rusting some two months after installation, and I’m wondering why they wouldn’t use stainless steel bolts for an outdoor application. Would I recommend them, draw your own conclusion ??
