Brodies Mealmakers

Disgusting. Initially staff at the drive through were rude. We asked for two burger meals, arrived at the next window to pay and asked to confirm it was in fact two meals as the price was low. The staff then argued and said we only ordered one meal and then turned around to the kitchen staff and yelled "APPARENTLY IT'S TWO MEALS' very rudely and then told us to go away and park some where. The management came out and gave us the food and management too was rude. I do not recommend going here.

I'd had brodies at gympie when I was a kid and thought i'd give them a try again. Unfortunately upon walking in we weren't even spoken to by the person standing at the counter. It was dead in the store and didn't seem very busy out the back so there really was no excuse for it. There were 3 of us in the group and they didn't once say please or thankyou while they put through our transactions. Sorry but no customer service and a below average meal doesn't cut it. Won't be visiting again.

i love brodies, eat there all the time, unfortunatly they can be very rude, but i love the food so much i keep coming back

I've alway gotten a good meal from Brodie's. However they really need to fix the speaker box used in the drive thru, and I'll never forget the lady owner yelling at one of her staff; for putting through the voucher we had incorrectly, then having a go at us - as it was our fault. A good food though.
