Brookton 24/7 Towing

We have just had an incident with Lindsay who owns the Brookton 24/7 Towing.
I called the RAC roadside assistance and told them that my husband has not put his car in park and it rolled back and needed to be pulled out of a ditch. The car had no damage and didn’t hit anything. Lindsay arrived in his tow truck and told my husband he would pull it out.
It took him 5 to minutes to hook the car up and pull it out. My husband was watching him the whole time. He was on his mobile phone for over 2 hours my husband asked him what he was doing he said he was talking to the RAC.
