Ordered flowers for a funeral from Brunswick Florsti via Petals Online, specifically asking that they contact me should the delivery not be possible at the designated time. The order was placed 2 days before the funeral. I heard from Petals and the staff 30 mins after the funeral had started to advise they couldn't deliver and they claimed they had been trying to contact me via phone earlier that morning - there were no missed calls or voicemails on my phone. The staff offered to deliver the casket spray to my friend's house as though this was an appropriate solution. Will never use Petals or Brunswick Florist again, insensitive service.
