We noticed increasing webs outside the house. Having used Bryce Pest Control before they were the first call. Geoff and Ashley were on time and called in advance to let us know they were on the way. Really professional, all the right gear. Answered our questions about the spray and impact on pets. Job done efficiently and quickly. High quality of service and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.
I called Geoff out a few weeks ago because of rats in the roof. He came at very short notice and explained how the baits worked and what results to expect and laid baits. 4 weeks later I could still hear the rats partying and called again. Geoff came within 4 hours, reviewed the baits, changed their location ( as apparently the little dears are quite fussy about the location of their food) and while he was up there noticed one of our airconditioning ducts was adrift and blowing hot air in tne roof. He asked for some tape, swiftly fixed the duct, and refused payment for anything. This man defines old fashioned great service. I highly recommend him.
Thank you Katherine for your kind comments, we aim to please and we certainly do not charge for a backup service just to check how things are going, yes it was a good find at the time to find the air conditioning ducting had come apart as this would have been wasting your money heating the roof space and not the inside of your home,

In our experience Bryce Pest Control means on time, very professional, explains everything and can answer any question about the chemicals and what he is doing. Very approachable and knowledgeable plus he has the right industry accreditation. Our home originally had not had pest control checks for some time and Geoff checked everything thoroughly. The spider, ant and rat problems were dealt with very effectively. Have used him 3 times and we are booking him for another visit as 1st choice this year.
