Following the success of legendary Mamasita, Jason Jones brings Moroccan/North African food to South Yarra. B'Stilla (pronounced bist-ee-ya) delivers Moroccan in an environment that's humble, affordable for all and relaxed with exceptional service.

The menu offers sharing plates such as duck ham with spiced crackling and honey or the cous cous, apricot, smoked chilli salad with coriander and preserved citrus. Their signature tagines include plump and juicy mussels with fish, squid and charmoula or if you prefer, lamb with tender quinces and almond. Their namesake, the b'stilla, is also a must try - thin brik pastries encasing spiced pidgeon, duck and almond.

Food and beverages are sourced locally to minimise the carbon footprint from:
* Victorian wine and beers on tap
* Organic meat and produce where possible, direct from growers
* Local hand made crockery and tanginess
* Sparkling mineral water made in house

Tucked away behind Chapel St, the restaurant is the perfect place to grab some great food and wine. The space caters for both small and large groups offering private areas, indoor and outdoor seating, or larger communal spaces.
