I booked a 2pm appointment to have my apartment carpet cleaned for our end of lease. The carpet cleaner called me the morning of and asked if he could come at 1pm instead, which I agreed to. He showed up at 11am and was uspet when I wasn't there to let him in!
When I reached the apartment at 12:30pm, the two male cleaners then complained about having to carry the machine up to our apartment, so my husband helped them carry it up and back down. Beofre they started, one of the cleaners asked for a drink and when he was finished, he threw the empty bottle into our internal stairwell. I'd taken a day off work, moved all my furniture then they didn't show up, rang them to find out what was happening and they changed their story three times about why, then they promised to s no someone out straight away, then on the weekend, then the next week, then "oh no we don't do your area" meanwhile my family couldn't use our bathrooms (including the toilets) or the kitchen because as the only uncarpeted areas, they were full of furniture. There is a reason they're so. Cheap, it's because their service is so very, very bad. Look at these reviews they're a nightmare!
Please do not use this Company as they are rude and do a terrible job. question them about stains that did not come out and told me it was cheap carpet also carpet took nearly 6 hours to dry and terrible smell for nearly a day. I paid top dollar for a service which was terrible. Bubbles Carpet Cleaning you Suck. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
Very disappointed with the service received, very unprofessional. They charged extra for almost everything ie. vacuuming the carpet. We spent more time arguing on how lousy their job than treating our carpet. No way I will be using this company every again. They made us felt uncomfortable and they were very Rude. $150 for a 15 min. awful job. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
