2 hours late, charged us $90 to tell us it will cost $300 to $800 plus parts to fix in and out in under 5mins
would NOT recomend to anyone

Excellent service. Mechanic arrived when he said he would, talked me through what the fault was with the refrigerator. He had the correct genuine part with him, fixed and tested the fridge. Very professional and great value for money. Highly recommended.

Budget Refrigeration came out to my home a today to fix the weird sound coming out of my fridge. The technician really was very cheerful, helpful and friendly. He gave me all the guidance on how to use the fridge and take good care of it. He also provided me with some real handy tips on how to reduce the normal wear and tear of the product and increase it's longevity. Overall a fantastic experience! He replaced a few parts which was great! My fridge now makes no loud sounds at all! Thanks for your outstanding customer service.

Expensive - only on site for 15 minutes. Advertise 'no call out fee' but charged an 'inspection fee of $77', charged $133 for part, then another $150 charged for 10 minutes work to install it! When contacted office to enquire about breakdown manner was defensive. On site mechanic was efficient. Wish we had shopped around for quotes.
