NO SHOWS WHO HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS

I had spoken to the manager of the company who confirmed that they would attend between 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. I waited until 2:00 pm with no visit or contact from the company.

Recently we went to the store to do a research for few locks for our renovation projects. At first we were served by one of their employee, must be a new guy as we've never seen him before. Suddenly this so called manager (I think his name is Sam or something) jumped out of the blue and started to get really angry and yelling at the new bloke and accused him saying wrong things. was very helpfull on the phone , and they came out asap to fix the locks on a few doors, will be calling them again to get a master key, prices were resonable.
