Very competent and friendly medical staff who are prepared to spend the time with you if required - far better than many other surgeries where you are rushed through and pay a lot more for the service. This doctor saved my daughter's life by acting to get her into SCGH urgently when she didn't realise the severity of her illness.Unfortunately, in circumstances such as this, patients may have to wait a bit longer but so be it. Bullsbrook does not have a hospital so these circumstances can arise. Five stars from me.
NEVER AGAIN. Very unprofessional staff and rude service. We're made to wait for hours on end with young baby that was very sick and we didn't end up being able to see the doctor for days as baby was too tired or cranky because it wanted food or no longer being held. We since switched to other doctor, where we receive prompt treatment without long waiting times and get to go shopping or for a walk afterwards. Do yourselves a favor and do not go to this doctor.
Good medical staff, however poor service with staff and extremely long wait even when you booked. Last two years, had to wait 40min to 1hr to see a medical staff. Also our young baby had bit of emergency that needed medical attention. however because it was 10min before it was closing time staff would let us see the medical staff and told us to go away. Ridicious.
